And I celebrate Kerri and Virginia’s process of birthing Illuminate from a dream to a reality and sharing it with the world. I have a deep respect for the process that brings us to this moment. One beautiful fall day a phone call with Virginia nearly sent me cartwheeling over the moon! She and Kerri were offering me an opportunity to be a part of the Illuminate team! I am always in awe of the magical process of planting and nurturing the seeds of our transformations and not knowing exactly how/when they are going to bloom. Seeds had been planted in the spring and I was nurturing the sprouts through Illuminate and a few other leadership training projects I was involved in. When I thought of my next steps in sustainable work it included online community, working with people individually and in groups, and facilitating space for meaningful connections both within myself and with others. It offered the space for me to embrace and embody myself which led to a deeper understanding of how I create a sustainable relationship with work. The program was a catalyst for the change I needed the most a place to more fully understand, accept, and love me as me. I wanted support that gave value to the things I valued. I fell into the “being” category and needed help with the “doing.” The conversation with values, intention and 30/60/90 planning was the draw for me. Illuminate’s method of weaving “being” and “doing” into work spoke to me. Why? Not only was I in a career expansion, I felt we were in a collective expansion and one aspect of that was our relationship to work. Always intrigued to see what opened up next in regards to working with Kerri I was immediately drawn in when she talked to me about Illuminate, it felt like home. One opportunity led to another, I met Kerri and began working with her in addition to the platform where we had originally met. Feeling a calling that was connected to my career track yet somehow very different from where I had been, (teaching massage therapy) I started on a journey to explore what that meant. In 2021 I, like many others, was in the depths of exploring the unknown and was emerging ready to rebuild. This process is nurtured by a group environment of Compassion and Community Care, which allows you to feel supported, seen, witnessed and accepting of yourself and others as you grow and evolve. Our process facilitates ongoing discovery and sustainable refinement to become the person you most want to be in your work life from the inside-out (and have your outside reality shift to match that at a rate that feels good to your nervous system.)

Reinventing our relationship to work is a process process of discovering and honoring (or living into) our values, exploring our being through intention and noticing, and developing sustainable focus for doing with 30/60/90 planning.
